I-310 Service road from La. 50 (Almedia Rd.) to the dead end will start having alternating lane closures with a flagman operation starting Tuesday, November 12, 2013 to Friday, November 15, 2013 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM while crews perform ditch cleaning, milling and overlay the existing I-310 service road.
