MEETING NOTICE
The Lafayette Consolidated Government (LCG) is conducting an open house public meeting for the proposed extension of Louisiana Avenue and Roundabout at Gloria Switch Road (LA 98). The proposed project consists of extending Louisiana Avenue northward from approximately 1,900 feet north of Butcher Switch Road to intersect Gloria Switch Road (LA 98) where a roundabout is proposed for construction.
An open house public meeting has been set up on the project, and the LCG invites all interested parties to attend this meeting. The date, time and location of the meeting is as follows:

The meeting will be held in an open house format, with the public free to show up any time during the scheduled time period. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information about the project and obtain input from interested parties. Exhibits depicting the project alignment will be on display and additional project information will be available for review.
Representatives from the LCG will be available to answer questions and discuss issues relevant to the project. Verbal and written comments from the public may be submitted at the meeting. Comments may also be emailed to Jared Veazey at (jveazey@LafayetteLA.gov) or mailed to the LCG Public Works Department at the address shown below. Emailed comments must be received and mailed comments postmarked no later than July 2, 2019.
