ST. TAMMANY PARISH - I-12: BAYOU LACOMBE/LA 434 TO NORTHSHORE BLVD/AIRPORT RD

ST. TAMMANY PARISH – RAMP CLOSURES OF I-12 INTERCHANGES AT LA 434 AND NORTHSHORE BLVD/AIRPORT RD.
On Wednesday, May 15, 2019, through Thursday, May 16, 2019, there will be alternating RAMP CLOSURES both Eastbound and Westbound of I-12 for the LA 434 (Lacombe) Interchange and for the Northshore Blvd/Airport Road Interchange from 8:00 PM until 6:00 AM nightly. Crews will be paving the final lift of asphalt for this project.
These alternating closures include the on and off ramps both Eastbound and Westbound at LA 434, the Eastbound off-ramp at Northshore Blvd/Airport Road, and the Westbound on-ramp at Northshore Blvd/Airport Road.
LA 434 interchange will have alternating ramp closures Wednesday night, May 15, 2019.
Northshore Blvd/Airport Road interchange will have alternating ramp closures on Thursday night, May 16, 2019.
DETOUR SECTION
Motorist traveling EB at LA 434 may take I-12 to Northshore Blvd/Airport Road and transition from the EB off-ramp to the WB on-ramp back to LA 434.
Motorist traveling EB at Northshore Blvd/Airport may take I-12 to US 11 and transition from the EB off-ramp to the WB on-ramp back to Northshore Blvd/Airport.
Motorist traveling WB at LA 434 may take I-12 to LA 1088 and transition from the WB off-ramp to the EB on-ramp back to LA 434.
Motorist traveling WB at Northshore Blvd/Airport may take I-12 to LA 434 and transition from the WB off-ramp to the EB on-ramp back to Northshore Blvd/Airport.
There will be no vehicle restrictions, and emergency vehicles will have access. Motorists may encounter a slight delay during this time.
