Public Notice is hereby given that the Goal and Conditions of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program are available for public inspection and/or comment. The Code of Federal Regulations requires that the comments must be in writing.
Public Transportation Section
The Department has established a 1.36% annual DBE goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022. The methodology and specific information about how this goal was established are available for review and comment for 30 days beginning May 28, 2019.
Written comments can be sent to the Public Transportation Section; PO Box 94245, Room N-538, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9245. This goal was established based on the DBE Program, 49CFR26.
Compliance Programs Office
The Department has established a 15.6% annual DBE goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022. The methodology and specific information about how this goal was established are available for review and comment for 30 days beginning May 28, 2019.
