La. 182 (Milepost 6.77) over Bayou Boeuf in Amelia, Assumption Parish, is closed immediately for bridge repairs. The closure is expected to last until approximately 3:00 pm today.  The detour will consist of La. 662, U.S. 90, Lake Palourde Road and La. 182.  The Department regrets the inconvenience caused to the traveling public.
