Arkansas Road is OPEN at Tupawek Bridge using the new lanes across the new box culverts. Traffic patterns at Warren Drive, Kiroli Road, and Good Hope have changed. Plesae use caution when driving in this area.
Due to heavy rain in Ouachita Parish, Arkansas Road (LA 616) is closed at the Tupawek Bridge which is located between Kiroli road and Good Hope Road in West Monroe. Water is covering the road at this location. The road will be closed until further notice.
