I-10 (ASCENSION PARISH) - Single lane closures will take place on I-10 from Highland Rd. to HWY 73 starting Wednesday, April 10, 2019 through Tuesday, April 16, 2019. There will only be one lane per direction will be closed at a time. Closure times are as follows:
Wednesday, April 10, 2019: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Thursday, April 11, 2019 – EB
Thursday, April 11, 2019: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Friday, April 12, 2019 – EB
Friday, April 12, 2019: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM Saturday, April 13, 2019 – EB
Saturday, April 13, 2019: 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM Sunday, April 14, 2019 – EB - CANCELLED
Sunday, April 14, 2019: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Monday, April 15, 2019 – EB
Monday, April 15, 2019: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Tuesday, April 16, 2019 - EB
Permit loads over 11’ should call the permit office for alternate routes.
The closure is necessary for striping operations and setting concrete barriers.
