Union Pacific Railroad will close LA 397 south of E. Prien Lake Rd. beginning 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Friday October 25, 2013. The road closure will be located 2.8 miles south of US 90 or 2.2 miles north of LA 14. Traffic will be detoured around the closure using US 90 and LA 14.

Union Pacific Railroad will also close LA 397 south of Joe Spears Rd. beginning at 7:00 A.M. until 7:00 P.M. on Saturday October 26, 2013. The road closure will be located 2.1 miles south of US 90 or 2.9 miles north of LA 14. Traffic will be detoured around the closure using US 90 and LA 14.

The closures are necessary for Union Pacific to make repairs to railroad crossing.
