LA 67 (Plank Rd) from Winbbourne Ave. to Winnebago St., will have a northbound lane closure from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 and Thursday, March 21, 2019. This closure is to allow crews safe access to an existing manhole .
