UPDATE: All construction work is complete and this roadway is open.
UPDATE (11/13/19): The roadway is open. As construction activities continue, traffic will be flagged through the work zone.
Beginning 8:30 AM on Monday, March 11, 2019, Stubbs Vinson Road will be closed to through traffic between US Highway 80 and Rowland Road. This closure is required to allow the installation of new cross drains at various locations along this section of Stubbs Vinson Road.
The extent of this closure is anticipated to take approximately one week. The exact location of the closure will change daily along this section of Stubbs Vinson Road as the work progresses.
Permit/Detour section
Restrictions: No restrictions noted. The roadway will be closed to through traffic.
Detour: Detour route has been established using Rowland Road, LA Highway 594 and US Highway 80.
