US 61 Alternating east and westbound shoulder closures

US-61, (Airline Hwy.), there will be alternating East and West bound shoulder closures between Hwy. 626, (St. Rose Ave.) and the Shell and Motiva refinery entrances on Thursday Oct. 17th til Oct 31st 2013.
