LA 48 (River Rd/ Apple St) Northbound & Southbound (US 61 Airline Hwy - Wesco ST) in St Charles Parish.; alternating lane closures with one lane to remain open utilizing a Flagging Operation, From Monday, October 21 through Friday, October 25th, 2013, from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm while crews Asphalt perform paving, and install loop detectors.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic.
