LANE CLOSURE: LA 2 (Miller’s Bluff) bridge over Red River, Bossier Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on Friday, January 11, 2019, the LA 2 (Miller’s Bluff) bridge over the Red River in Bossier Parish will be reduced to one lane of traffic for routine bridge inspection.
This lane closure is scheduled to take place from approximately 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This bridge is located approximately 3.3 miles east of US 71.
Alternate route: This closure will allow vehicles 10 feet wide to pass through the inspection zone. All larger vehicles must detour to using I-49 to LA 1 to I-220 to LA 3 to LA 2.
Restrictions/Permits: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
