LANE CLOSURES: I-20 EB and WB at Tarbutton Rd between Mile Marker 83 and 84 in Lincoln Parish
Friday, January 04, 2019 at 11:41:12 AM
***UPDATE***
Adverse weather earlier this week caused the scheduled lane closures to be postponed. The nighttime only lane closures will begin tonight, 01/04/2019, and continue, weather permitting, until further notice.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday night, January 2, 2019, and continuing until further notice, expect nightly lane closures on I-20 eastbound and westbound at the Tarbutton Road overpass located between Mile Marker 83 and Mile Marker 84 in Ruston, Lincoln Parish. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, diverted onto the newly constructed ramps, then back onto I-20. The lane closures and diversions will be in both the eastbound and westbound directions during this time frame.

These lane closures are necessary to allow for erecting the girders of the new Tarbutton Road Bridge over I-20.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING and only at night.
