**UPDATE: NO LANE CLOSURES WILL OCCUR DURING THE HOLIDAY PERIOD. NIGHTLY LANE CLOSURES WILL RESUME ON JANUARY 7, 2019.
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning Thursday, December 6, 2018, until further notice, there will be nighttime lane closures along I-20 eastbound and westbound at the Pipes Road overpass and LA 145 overpass, mile marker 92 to 94, near Choudrant in Lincoln Parish. These lane closures are necessary to allow for preliminary work for painting of the Pipes Road and LA 145 bridges over the interstate. These lane closures will occur weather permitting.
