The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that the two bridges on LA 119 over the creek, located approximately 6.55 miles north of the LA 119/LA 8 intersection, being 0.73 miles north of the Gorum Community, are now OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that effective 8:00 AM on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 the two bridges on LA 119 over the creek, located approximately 6.55 miles north of the LA 119/LA 8 intersection, being 0.73 miles north of the Gorum Community , will be closed to all traffic for repairs. It is anticipated these bridges will be closed for approximately 2 weeks, depending on the weather.
Permit/Detour Section
Northbound traffic will be detoured to LA 8 East to I-49 North to LA 119.
Southbound traffic will be detoured to I-49 South to LA 8 West to LA 119.
