US 90 West Bank Expressway, Eastbound, between Lafayette St. exit-ramp and entrance-ramp.  There will be alternating right and left lane closures on Monday, September 23, 2013. from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM while workers remove temporary concrete barriers.
