Westbound & Eastbound I-10 S Service Rd from Carrollton Ave (Orleans P/L) to Green Acres in Metairie; alternating single lane closures with flagging operation from Monday, July 23th, to Friday, July 27th, from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM each day; while crews perform work on concrete handicap ramps and concrete curb; weather permitting.
This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic.
No detour is needed, expect minor delays.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
