LA 582 in East Carroll Parish, Lane Closure

UPDATE: The construction work on LA 582 in East Carroll Parish is now complete. LA DOTD appreciates the travelling public's patience and cooperation during the duration of this project.
LA 582 in East Carroll Parish starting from the parish line at Bayou Macon to the intersection with LA 134 will experience various lane closures beginning Monday, July 9, 2018. Traffic will be maintained through the use of flaggers and pilot vehicles to assist with travel through this area during daylight working hours. All lanes will be open during non-working hours and overnight. The work is anticipated to be complete by October 19, 2018, weather permitting. The lane closures are required in order to replace existing cross drains, patch and mill the roadway, and to install new asphaltic surfacing.

Restrictions: No restrictions to traffic at this time.
Detour: No formal detour route has been established as LA 582 will still be open to all traffic.
