The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) authorized an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the I-10/Loyola Interchange Improvement. This project will evaluate alternatives to improve operational conditions and to increase the capacity of this interchange.
The purpose of this Public Meeting is to provide an overview of the proposed project and obtain input from the public regarding possible alternatives. The meeting will also discuss seeking a Section 4(f) de minimis determination for Susan Park. Representatives of LADOTD and the consultant team for the EA will be present to receive comments and answer questions related to the proposed project. All interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend the meeting. The Public Meeting is scheduled for the time, date, and location below.

Interested persons may attend the meeting at any time between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. There will be a continuous powerpoint presentation about the project, maps and handouts with pertinent information. Comments may be submitted at the meeting by recording verbal statements or by submitting written statements. Written statements can also be mailed to the address shown below and must be postmarked within 10 calendar days following the meeting.
