LA 863 in Franklin Parish, approximately .92 miles from the Jct. LA 863 and LA 4 east, will be closed to all vehicular traffic Monday, September 16, 2013 until October 4, 2013 while crews replace existing bridge.
The alternate traffic route will be LA 4 to LA 578.
