US-90 Westbank Expressway East between Lafayette St. exit-ramp and entrance-ramp; alternating right and left lane closures on Wednesday Sept. 4, 2013 from 9:30 PM to 5:30 AM.  Workers will pour concrete for the bridge deck foundation.
