I-10 (ASCENSION PARISH) - Single lane closures will take place on I-10 from Highland Rd. to HWY 73 starting May 31, 2018 through June 6, 2018. There will only be one lane per direction will be closed at a time. Closure times are as follows:
Thursday, May 31, 2018: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Friday, June 1, 2018 - WB
Friday, June 1, 2018: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM Saturday, June 2, 2018 - WB
Saturday, June 2, 2018: 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM Sunday, June 3, 2018 - EB & WB
Sunday, June 3, 2018: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Monday, June 4, 2018 - EB & WB
Monday, June 4, 2018: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Tuesday, June 5, 2018 - EB & WB
Tuesday, June 5, 2018: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Wednesday, June 6, 2018 - EB
Permit loads over 11’ should call the permit office for alternate routes.
The closure is necessary to work on the LA 928 bridge.
