There will be alternating, intermittent lane closures of the inside (left) or the outside (right) lanes of Eastbound and Westbound US 190 from I-12 (mile post 248) to LA 22 (mile post 250) on Sunday, August 25, 2013 through Friday, August 30, 2013 while construction crews perform cold planing and asphalt paving on the roadway. The contractor may work Sunday night through Friday morning between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM (weather permitting).
One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open at all times.
NO WORK WILL BE PERFORMED DURING LABOR DAY WEEKEND
(Friday night, August 30th through Tuesday morning, September 3rd)

By law, oversized loads are not allowed to travel at night. Emergency vehicles will have access.
During the nightly construction, eastbound motorists may take I-12 to LA 59, South on LA 59 to US 190 East and westbound motorists may take LA 59 to I-12, West on I-12 to US 190 West.
