Veterans on-ramp to EB I-10, closed Friday August 16, 2013 from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Saturday August 17, 2013, while crews set sound wall panels for sound wall construction. Detour to Clearview Parkway for entrance on to I-10 EB.
