**UPDATE: EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, OVERSIZE LOADS RESTRICTED TO MAXIMUM 12-FOOT WIDTHS FOR WESTBOUND TRAFFIC BETWEEN EXITS 84 AND 81 IN LINCOLN PARISH

LANE CLOSURES: I-20 EB and WB at Tarbutton Rd between Exits 81 and 84 in Lincoln Parish


The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Tuesday, May 1, 2018, there will be intermittent daytime lane closures along I-20 eastbound and westbound at the Tarbutton Rd overpass located between Exits 81 and 84 in Lincoln Parish.

These lane closures are necessary to allow for construction of the drilled shafts in the center bent of the new Tarbutton Road Bridge over I-20. The lane closures will involve the inside lanes of both Eastbound and Westbound roadways. Work is anticipated to last approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting.

Alternate Route: N/A

**UPDATE: Restrictions/Permits: For Westbound lane closures, oversize loads will be restricted to maximum 12-foot widths. Eastbound loads will not be restricted.

This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
