UPDATE: Ellender Bridge (LA 27) at MP 71.36 Alternating Lane Closure - Calcasieu Parish
WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. LANES ARE NOW OPEN.
Beginning Sunday, March 4, 2018 thru Friday, March 9, 2018, Ellender Bridge (LA 27) at milepost 71.36 will have alternating lane closures daily from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
The roadway will be reduced to one lane and thru traffic will be maintained in both directions via the use of flagmen and a pilot car. During closure times, the bridge will be closed to marine traffic.
The closure is necessary for bridge maintenance.
