The Judge Seeber (Claiborne Avenue) Bridge (Orleans Parish) will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning 8:00 PM on Friday, August 2, 2013 thru 11:59 pm on August 24, 2013 for cleaning and painting of the East and West towers. The contractor will have the bridge in the “up” position to accommodate the required containment enclosures and construction equipment to perform this work.
