**Update** LA 1 is now open in Pointe Coupee
LA 1 is closed in between LA 420 and Airport Road in Pointe Coupee Parish, due to train derailment.
LA 1 Southbound Traffic should detour left onto LA 420 then right onto Airport Road back to LA 1.
LA 1 Northbound traffic should detour right onto Airport Road then left onto 420 back to LA 1.
