4th UPDATE.... I-10 East and West bound are now open between US 51 and LA 641.
UPDATE....EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURE - I-10 East and West Bound between US 51 and LA 641 is closed due to icy conditions. Traffic is being diverted to US 61(Airline Hwy).
