This has been rescheduled to Monday, December 4 and Tuesday, December 5, weather permitting.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced today that on Wednesday, November 29 and Thursday, November 30, the I-10 Atchafalaya Basin Bridge in St. Martin and Iberville Parishes will have alternating lane closures in the east and westbound directions for a sweeping operation.

This work is estimated to take place from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., nightly, weather permitting.

All permit and oversize loads along with emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass. There are no detours.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds motorists to please drive with caution and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
