UPDATE: Black Bayou Bridge is now open to both Vehicle and Marine Traffic

Black Bayou Bridge- LA 384 – Calcasieu Parish – Closed to Vehicle Traffic

The Black Bayou Bridge on LA 384 over the Intracoastal Waterway will be continuously closed to vehicle traffic starting November 28, 2017 for approximately 4 weeks. The closure is necessary to perform scheduled repairs to the bridge. The Intracoastal Waterway will remain open for Marine traffic.
Vehicle traffic will be detoured via routes LA 385 and LA 3092 back to LA 384. Detour signs will be posted.
