REVISED: LANES HAVE BEEN REOPENED : LA 23 in Port Sulphur, Plaquemines Parish

ALL LANES ARE OPEN TO TRAFFIC
Southbound LA Hwy 23, from north of St. Jude Road to south of St. Jude Road in Port Sulphur, is now open to traffic
Northbound LA Hwy 23, from south of St. Jude Road to north of St. Jude Road in Port Sulphur, the interior lane will be closed south of St. Jude Road to north of St. Jude Road starting 1:00 pm November 9, 2017 until 8:00 am November 17, 2017 for LA Hwy 23 southbound roadway reconstruction
These lane closures will allow vehicles 11 feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. No detour is available.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction/maintenance site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
