The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that bridge number 029-01-0001-1, will be closed for bridge inspection from 7:00a.m. until 3:00p.m. on Monday, October 9, 2017 to Thursday, October 12, 2017. This structure is on LA 8 over Sabine River and is located at log mile 0.00. This bridge is also know as the Burr Ferry Bridge.

Eastbound traffic: LA 191 North to LA 392 East to LA 111 South
Westbound traffic: LA 111 North to LA 392 West to LA 191 South
