UPDATE, Lane Closure, US 51B @ I-12, TANGIPAHOA PARISH

Alternating left and right lane closures on south bound US 51 Business approaching the I-12 overpass will be in effect on Thursday, September 28, from 9 am to 3 pm for maintenance work.
One lane in southbound roadways will remain open at all times.
To avoid these lane closures, US 51 Business motorists may use I-55 as an alternate route.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the work site and be on the lookout for work crews and equipment.
