LA 989-2 at LA 1 in West Baton Rouge Parish will have a northbound right lane turn and southbound left turn lane closure from 9am until 2pm beginning Tuesday, September 26, 2017 and ending Thursday, September 28, 2017. This closure is for pavement operations.
