Left lane closures on I-55 will be in effect as follows, for installation of a cable barrier system.
• Sunday September 10 through Thursday September 14, 8 pm to 6 am, from US 190 to LA 442, Northbound.
• Monday September 11 through Friday September 22, from LA 16 to LA 40, from 6 am to 6 pm, Southbound.
The right lane will be open at all times.
Motorists can use US 51 as a detour.
