**UPDATE**
LA 463; Vernon Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that LA 463 has been closed 7.96 miles North of the Junction of L A 10 and LA 463 to replace the bridge with box culverts. Weather permitting and barring any equipment malfunctions, LA 463 will remain closed until further notice due to inclement weather.
Permit/Detour Section
From the Junction of LA 463 and LA 121 proceed East for 1.2 miles to LA 121 and LA 112; from the Junction of LA 121 and LA 112 proceed South along LA 112 for 10.7 miles to the Junction of LA 112 and LA 113 South; from the Junction of LA 112 and LA 113 proceed West along LA 113 for 11.9 miles to the Junction of LA 113 and LA 10; proceed West to LA 10 for 1.7 miles to the Junction of LA 10 and LA 463.
The road closure is 7.96 miles North of the Junction of LA 10 and LA 463.

This LA 463 road closure will be closed for an additional seven (7) days beginning on August 28 due to inclement weather conditions.

Weather permitting and barring any equipment malfunctions, LA 463 should be closed for approximately two weeks.

From the Junction of LA 463 and LA 121 proceed East for 1.2 miles to LA 121 and LA 112; from the Junction of LA 121 and LA 112 proceed South along LA 112 for 10.7 miles to the Junction of LA 112 and LA 113 South; from the Junction of LA 112 and LA 113 proceed West along LA 113 for 11.9 miles to the Junction of LA 113 and LA 10; proceed West to LA 10 for 1.7 miles to the Junction of LA 10 and LA 463. The road closure is 7.96 miles North of the Junction of LA 10 and LA 463.
