BOSSIER CITY, La. -- The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announced that on Sunday, June 16th, the I-20 Bridge over the Red River will be reduced to one lane in the eastbound direction to allow crews to conduct routine bridge deck maintenance.
The eastbound on-ramp from U.S. 71/La. 1 southbound (Market Street) and La. 1 northbound (Spring Street) at I-20 will be closed due to the routine bridge maintenance.
The lane and ramp closure will take place between the hours of 5:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
This closure will allow vehicles 12 feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Larger vehicles must detour using La. 1/U.S. 71, U.S. 80, La. 3 and I-20.
