US 190 (Florida Street), Mandeville

St. Tammany Parish

May 28, 2013

On Thursday, May 30, 2013, crews working for the City of Mandeville will be milling the roadway on the Eastbound lanes only of US 190 (Florida Street) between Girod Street and Lafitte Street (Milepoint 253.3).  On Friday, May 31, 2013, crews will be overlaying the roadway at the same location.  The work will begin each day at 9:00 a.m. and should be completed by 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting).  One Eastbound travel lane will remain open at all times.  Westbound lanes should not be affected by this repair work.

Oversized loads will be allowed to pass through the work zone.  Emergency vehicles will have access.

To avoid delays, motorists may wish to take alternate routes.
