LA451, Avoyelles Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 work will begin in Avoyelles Parish on LA 451 which will consist of an asphalt overlay of the existing roadway from the RR tracks near LA 1 to Mile Post 3.0. This work will be performed by LADOTD maintenance crews and will take about three weeks to complete.
Permit/Detour section
Sections of the roadway will be limited to one lane of traffic so minor traffic delays should be expected.
