I-10 Welcome Center in Slidell, LA to reopen as power returns

UPDATE: Power is back on at the I-10 Welcome Center in Slidell. Crews are in route to remove the barricades.

Old information.
Due to a major power outage affecting the east side of I-10 in Slidell, LA, the I-10 Welcome Center is closed until further notice. This closure is for the Welcome Center as well as the rest rooms. Barricades have been put in place blocking the exit ramp from I-10.
