The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on Monday, May 27, 2013 work will begin in Avoyelles Parish on Old River Road Bridge over Bayou Lacombe, which will consist of removing the existing bridge and replacing it with a 4-span Concrete Slab Span Bridge.
This contract was awarded to Gerace Construction, LLC for $1,297,403.00.
Permit/Detour Section
There will be a low profile run around associated with this project, so minor traffic delays should be expected.
