UPDATE:*****LA 556 is now open to traffic.*****
LA 556 will be closed 3.8 miles west of the intersection of LA 144 and LA 556 beginning today, April 5, 2017 to make repairs to a bridge.
PERMIT/DETOUR
The detour route will be US 80, LA 151, LA 144, LA 556 and LA 145.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
