Hickory Ave from 9th St to Dock St; alternating lane closures utilizing flagmen with one lane to remain open from Monday, March 27th, through Friday, March 31st, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily; while crews install drainage, drives, loop detectors, and striping; weather permitting.

This closure will allow vehicles 11-feet wide or smaller to pass through the construction zone. Road is open for regular traffic.
