The City of Baton Rouge and the Capital Region Planning Commission (CRPC), in coordination with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LADOTD) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), proposes the Dijon Drive Extension, a roadway on new alignment connecting Essen Lane to the west and Bluebonnet Boulevard to the east.
