Clearview Parkway reduced to one lane this weekend for repairs

METAIRIE, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces it will reduce northbound Clearview Parkway, between West Metairie and West Napoleon avenues, to one lane on Sunday, November 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., for roadway repairs.

Suggested alternate routes are Transcontinental, Cleary or Power boulevards. Alternate heavy truck routes are Williams or Causeway boulevards. There are no vehicle restrictions.

All construction activity is weather dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. DOTD appreciates the motoring public’s patience and reminds drivers to please exercise caution when traveling through work zone areas and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking or biking near the active work zone.
