The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises that on Monday, September 26, 2016, DOTD will be closing LA. 6 in Many to repair an existing drain. This closure is expected to reopen on Saturday, October 1, 2016 barring any construction complications or weather delays. The closure is on LA 6 in Many between Church St and Vandegaer Ave
Permit/Detour section
The detour for East Bound LA. 6 – Take U.S. 171 North to LA 175 North to LA 120 East to LA 6 in Robeline.
The detour for West Bound LA 6 – Take LA 120 West in Robeline to LA 175 South to US 171 South to LA 6.
Local traffic is encouraged to use alternate routes during the time of this road closure.
