CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ON LA 385 FROM LA 384 TO CALCASIEU PARISH LINE - Cameron Parish

Monday, April 1, 2013

· Starting Monday, April 1, 2013 work will begin to reconstruct LA 385 (Gulf Highway) from Cameron/Calcasieu Parish Line to the LA 384 (Boones Corner) (approximately 2.8 miles). Traffic will be reduced to one lane at isolated locations during construction operations. The one-lane road condition will occur between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

· Motorists are urged to watch for flagmen and to follow project signing. The project is expected to be completed by June 15, 2013.
