Complete closure to through traffic 7:00 P.M. to 5:00 A.M. (10 hours nightly) Monday 11 March 2013 through Sunday 17 March 2013 at 5:00 A.M. Detour will be clearly marked. Police will be on site to assist. Reason for the closure is to install fire standpipes on Pier A adjacent to LA 541 and install cross frames.
